Ride Rates

The Rate presented to you prior to your trip is an initial estimate of the cost for the ride as reserved. Wait time, extra stops requested by the client during the ride may change the final bill. Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice prior to making the reservation due to, but not limited Holidays, Special events. Rates will not change once the reservation has been approved and confirmation email has been sent to the client.

Airport Pick up from one flight only. If more flights combined (charges apply and has to be approved by Dispatcher)

Pick up or Drop off not in Miami – Distance Fee or Garage Fee applied

No credit is issued for unused time on Hourly Service when the vehicle is booked for certain numbers of hours. 

Payment information

We will authorize your payment card at least 24 hours prior to your ride date. The card must have sufficient available funds or your reservation may be canceled.

  1. Booking Process: Reservations can be made through our website. You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
  2. Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmation email or message will be sent to you once your reservation is confirmed.

In the case of a transfer, the displayed price shall be determined on the basis of a start and a destination address. An additional fee may be incurred if additional stopovers are requested according to the applicable price schedule. 

An hourly booking always begins at the booked pickup time and ends in the city area of the pickup location. If a user requests to complete the ride outside the city area of the pickup or if the number of miles or the duration in the relevant booking are exceeded, additional fees may apply, particularly due to the fact that the chauffeur must thereafter return to the city area of the pickup location.

-As we provide different and tailored ground transportation services, some services will be considered as Point to Point booking and other services can be hourly/Daily booking.

Airport Pick up / Seaport Pick up / all other Pick up

-The agreed pickup time is the pickup time specified in the booking confirmation.

-In the event of an airport pickup for which the user has provided a correct flight number in its booking, thus enabling Vimzi Limo to track the arrival time of the flight, the agreed pickup time will be postponed in case the flight is arriving late or early.

-We monitor all commercial airline arrivals. There is a complementary 60 minutes wait time on all airport transfers from the time of the flight arrival. If you don’t provide a flight number, the 60 minute wait time starts from your selected pick up time.There is a 15 minute time allowance from the scheduled Seaport pickup time and all other pickups.

– After the time allowance pass increments charge applies if the chauffeur can wait more, if the chauffeur has another scheduled job and cannot wait more than the allowance wait time. Your booking will be marked as a no show.

– If you can not locate your driver please call or text Vimzi Limo at +1-305-890-0858 to avoid being billed as a No Show.

Ride Changes

-Requested Stops if it’s only on the same route to your drop off location,the chauffeur decides if able to accommodate this request as per their schedule and time. 

-Requested Stops are billed at an additional rate on the amount of time you spend on that stop.

-In the event of a customer requesting an upgrade of the ride or additional services (distance or number of hours), the actual service (total distance or number of hours) shall be recalculated and charged according to the applicable price schedule. In the case of hourly bookings, any half hour commenced shall be determinative for invoicing; in other words, the half hour is rounded up from the first additional minute in the interest of better planning reliability.

-If the booked distance or number of hours is shortened as compared to the booking, the agreed compensation shall remain unaffected.

VEHICLE CLASS & UPGRADE

Depending on the availability of the vehicle, the user can choose from different vehicle classes in its ride request (for example, “luxury sedan Class”, ”luxury SUV class”, ”luxury First Class”, “Sprinter Class”).

There is no right to a particular vehicle model associated with a booked vehicle class differences are possible.

It is possible for Vimzi Limo to upgrade from the vehicle class “luxury sedan Class” to a higher vehicle class (such as “luxury SUV” or “Luxury First Class”) at any time at no additional cost for the user, depending on availability.

TRANSPORT SAFETY, CONSEQUENCES:

LUGGAGE, ANIMALS

The price in the booking confirmation includes the number of pieces of luggage that were specified in the booking form.

Excess luggage, bulky luggage such as a wheelchair, weapons or animals that the user wishes to carry along must be specified during the booking in the additional notes. The chauffeur may refuse the transport of luggage, weapons and/or animals that have not been agreed upon; this also applies if animals are not housed in a closed and suitable transport box. The right of refusal does not exist if local statutory provisions of the region in which the transport is carried out require that the items be accommodated.

If the chauffeur permits the carriage of additional luggage, weapons and/or animals that were not stipulated in the booking, additional surcharges may be charged. This may result in the total charges for the business service contract to be higher than initially specified in the booking confirmation.

TRANSPORT OF CHILDREN AND MINORS

Vimzi Limo provides complimentary CAR SEATS for our young travelers on all vehicles. Car Seat Disclaimer: Vimzi Limo assumes no responsibility for any injury, or damages suffered by the user. As such, this device must be double checked by the user if installed by the chauffeur. Chauffeurs are neither authorized nor certified to install this car seat. But we will install it and keep it ready for your ride,however the user needs to double check or re-install it again. For information on how to properly install this device. please refer to the instruction manual.

(A) CHILDREN The need for child restraints must be specified by the user in the ride request by specifying the number and age of the children to be transported as well as the type of child restraints required.

(B) MINORS The transport of unaccompanied minors can be rejected by the chauffeur. The determination of minor status will be made in accordance with the statutory provisions of the region in which the transport is to be performed.

Behavior in the vehicle 

The following behavioral standards apply to the users of the Vimzi Limo services:

During the entire ride , applicable road traffic rules and regulations apply to all guests, particularly the obligation to wear a seat belt. Therefore, the guests are prohibited from opening the doors during the ride, throwing objects out of the vehicle and/or hanging out any part of the body or screaming from the vehicle. If guests wish to use any equipment or systems present in the respective vehicle, prior permission is required.

Smoking is prohibited in the passenger compartment of vehicles. If the user or a guest ignores this, the user must bear the costs of a vehicle cleaning and the resulting loss of serviceability.

The consumption of food is discouraged. Alcoholic drinks are only allowed to be consumed in the car with prior consent.

INFORMATION ON NUMBER OF PASSENGERS, NUMBER AND SIZE OF LUGGAGE

The maximum number of passengers, number and size of pieces of luggage will be provided by Vimzi Limo for a specific vehicle and is set out in a binding luggage policy.

The chauffeur may refuse to transport passengers or luggage if, in its opinion, the space and safety conditions do not permit such transport.

DELAYS

Exceptional situations such as striking air traffic controllers, inclement weather conditions, etc. can only be compensated to a limited extent. In these cases, longer waiting times or short-notice cancellations must be accepted by the user.

CANCELLATION / CHANGE & REBOOKING  

For transfer rides (point to point) the cancellation is free if the time between the cancellation and the agreed pickup time is greater than 4 hours. If the time between the cancellation and the agreed pickup time is 4 hours or less, the full price must be paid.

For hourly booking and long distance ride (city to city), if your plane changes, you can cancel the trip free of charge if the time between the cancellation and the agreed pickup time is greater than 24 hours. If the time between the cancellation and the agreed pickup time is 24 hours or less, the full price must be paid. 

We require you to cancel your reservation (point to point 4 hours in advance from the pick up time) (hourly & city to city 24 hours in advance from the pick up time) by email to: info@vimzilimo.com to avoid charge for the full amount of your reservation. Any change to the reservation if available are allowed not less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time.Holidays/Sport Events/Special Events cancellation 48 hours. 

Rebookings  are generally treated as new bookings. The regulations for the handling of cancellations apply accordingly for the originally agreed ride. Accordingly, a claim for compensation by Vimzi Limo for the originally agreed ride may remain in force.

NO-SHOW RIDES WITHOUT CANCELLATION, USER’S DELAY

In the event that a client does not show up for a ride and does not cancel it (a “no show”), the client claim for transport shall no longer be applicable; however, Vimzi Limo shall still be entitled to compensation from the client.

(A) FOR TRANSFER ( Point to Point) A ride is considered to be a no-show if the client or guest does not appear within 20 minutes after the agreed pickup time at the agreed pickup location.

In the event of pickup at airports, a ride is considered to be a no-show if the client or guest does not appear within 60 minutes after the agreed pickup time at the agreed pickup location.

No-show rides must be fully compensated, but any waiting time surcharges will not be applied. This is not the case if the chauffeur and the guest have communicated by telephone about a later pickup time. Any waiting time surcharges are applicable,  As a general rule, there is no right to change the pickup time.

(B) HOURLY BOOKING A ride is considered to be a no-show if the User or guest does not appear at the agreed pickup location after the end of the booked hours (calculated from the scheduled pickup time).

In the event of pickup at airports, a ride is considered to be a no-show if the user or guest does not appear at the agreed location after the end of the booked hours according to the pickup time.

A user shall be fully liable for no-show rides. This is not the case if the chauffeur and the guest have communicated by telephone about a later pickup time. The hourly booking always starts as described at the agreed pickup time. As a general rule, there is no right to change the pickup time.

Confidentiality and privacy

-We collect personal information, including but not limited to names,contact details,and payment information, for the purpose of providing the transportation service.

-The personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing, improving, and personalizing our services, processing payments, and communicating with clients regarding their booking and related matters.

-All personal information provided by clients will be treated as confidential. Vimzi Limo will take all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of such information and will not disclose it to any third parties except as required by law or with the explicit consent of the client. 

-Vimzi Limo implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes secure storage systems, encryption, and restricted access to personal data. 

-In some cases, we may use third party services to process payment or manage bookings. These third pirates are carefully selected and are required to adhere to ensure the protection of the client information.

-Clients have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information held by us. Requests for access,correction, or deletion can be made by contacting our customer service team. 

-Personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. After this period, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

-In the unlikely event of a data breach that compromises the confidentiality or security of personal data, we will notify the affected clients and relevant authorities promptly, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 

-This confidentiality and privacy policy may be updated from time to time to reflect change in our practices or legal requirements. Clients will be notified of any significant change through our website or direct communication.

-By using our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this confidentiality and privacy policy.

Member Club

Payment Terms

-Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are due on the day of your choice to start your subscription period. Monthly subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled.

-Yearly Subscriptions: Payments are due on the first day of the subscription period. Yearly subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled. The 15% discount is applied to the total annual fee.

Cancellation/ Reschedule and Refund Policy

-Monthly Memberships: Members may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

– Yearly Memberships: Members may cancel their subscription at any time. If canceled within 30 days of the subscription start date, a prorated refund minus the value of any services used will be provided. No refunds will be given after 30 days.

-For transfer rides (point to point) the cancellation is free if the time between the cancellation and the agreed pickup time is greater than 2 hours. If the time between the cancellation and the agreed pickup time is 2 hours or less, the full price must be paid.

-For hourly booking and long distance ride (city to city), if your plan changes, you can cancel the trip free of charge if the time between the cancellation and the agreed pickup time is greater than 12 hours. If the time between the cancellation and the agreed pickup time is 12 hours or less, the full price must be paid. 

-We require you to cancel your reservation (point to point 2 hours in advance from the pick up time) (hourly & city to city 12 hours in advance from the pick up time) by email to: info@vimzilimo.com to avoid charge for the full amount of your reservation. Any change to the reservation if available are allowed not less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time.Holidays/Sport Events/Special Events cancellation 24 hours

-For Point to Point booking you can reschedule your booking 2 hours in advance from the original  booked time.

-For Hourly booking you can reschedule your booking 6 hours in advance from the original booked time.

– Rescheduling is only allowed once, and cannot reschedule and then cancel the booking.

-Rescheduled Booking can’t be canceled.

Use of Services

– Members have priority reservations and also must book services in advance and are subject to availability.

– Last minute bookings in less than 90 minutes are subject to availability.

– Members are responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact and payment information.

– Vimzi Limo reserves the right to refuse service to any member who violates the terms and conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior.

-Beverages/ snacks and special requests will be added to the final bill and a photo of the purchased items receipt will be shared.

-Beverages/ snacks and special requests can be accommodated at least 3 hours before the booking time.

Limitation of Liability

– Vimzi Limo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out or related to the use of membership services.

– Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vimzi Limo from any claims arising out of their use of services.

-No liability is assumed for objects forgotten in the vehicle. We request to check before leaving the vehicle.

Modifications to Terms

Vimzi Limo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the member portal. Continued use of the membership after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Vimzi Limo operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
