How the hours work
Choose a block of hours or a full day, and your chauffeur waits between stops as part of that reserved time, no separate wait-time charges, no re-booking. Time beyond what you reserved is billed in half-hour increments, and unused time is not credited back, so it's worth estimating generously rather than trimming close.

How does hourly billing actually work?
You reserve a block of hours or a full day at a flat rate. Your chauffeur and vehicle are yours for that entire time, including any waiting between stops, with no separate wait-time fees.
What happens if we run past our reserved time?
Additional time is billed in half-hour increments at the applicable rate. If you think there's a chance your day will run long, it's worth booking a little extra time up front rather than extending on the day.
Do you offer full-day packages?
Yes. Full-day bookings work the same way as hourly ones, just for a longer block of time, and are a good fit for weddings, corporate events, or touring days with several stops.
Can I make multiple stops during my reservation?
Yes, that's the point of hourly service. Add, remove, or reorder stops as your day unfolds, and your chauffeur will accommodate it within your reserved time.
Is there a minimum number of hours?

What is the cancellation policy for hourly bookings?
Hourly and full-day reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations inside that window are subject to the full reservation amount.
